Mongolian heavy metal by the who. Actually, its The HU performing Yuve Yuve Y. I first heard this a couple of nights ago I was in awe as it was strangely familiar. Yet at the same time, it was weirdly different. I had stumbled upon throat singing Mongol rock.
I have to admit that at first, I thought it was Ramstein. Then the radio DJ said it was Mongolian heavy metal by the who. I googled it the next day and realised that they are called The HU. I highly recommend you give them a listen.
I did a bit of research about the band they are very clever guys. As well as raising the profile of Mongolian heavy metal they use some cool stuff. Throat singing and weird violins are two examples.
